Isaac Mizrahi has been around a long time and certainly has paid his fashion dues. We like the color of this gown which is more lively than Peter Som’s white dress but we wonder where this will be manufactured. The original one-off, probably in New York but what about the mass produced varieties? 
Monique Lhuillier showed up on some celebrity bodies on Oscar night some years back. This dress seems too flouncy bouncy for Michelle but she probably has some other designs up her sleeve. Monique manufactures her beautiful gowns in Los Angeles, California.
