black and white sundress
This seems like a good move. This dress sold out after Michelle wore it on “The View”. The designer, Donna Ricco, (home grown from the Midwest) became an overnight sensation. White House/Black market has 322 stores. This dress pumped up their sales for sure, but what if the dress were actually made in the U.S. instead of being an import? Yup, we lost those jobs to Chinese children many years ago. If it were made here you could still buy it for $148 but the profit margin would be a little thinner. The manufacturer would have shared in the profits and White House/Black Market probably wouldn’t own 322 stores.
